Seven reasons why Group Mind workshops are outstanding:

1.   Workshop retention - We remember 10% of what we hear and 100% of what we feel. Our workshops are experiential. Retention is higher than a pen and paper seminar.

2.
Fast bonding - You'll see results within the first fifteen minutes. Relationships that may be cool at best before the workshop begin warm up.

3.
Lasting impact - Your team creates "Remember when we..." moments.  A team's shared memory is one of the keys to creating strong bonds with one another.

4.  A-ha moments - We provide the frame and the experience and you develop your own a-has that are apply directly to your context.

5. Experience - We've been there.  We've worked with congregations, with church boards, and with church staffs.  We know how to get them involved and moving in the direction that you want to go.

6.  No cookie cutters - Each program can be customized to fit the unique needs of your congregations.  We provide the framework and experiences and lesssons emerge organically from your team.

7.  Fun - We combine learning with laughter to create a dynamic, memorable experience for everyone involved.  Laughter bonds people and deepens learning.

A bit about us...

Our name, Group Mind, reflects what we hope happens in every organization...get everyone on the same page and moving in the same direction.

Group mind is a concept experienced by improvisers on stage to describe the connection that happens between actors.  As deep connections are made between actors through acceptance and adding, letting go of ego, and making the other look good, compelling scenes are created.

The same connections can happen in congregations and create dynamic and compelling organizations.

Inspired by improvisation, our workshops create safe spaces where people connect naturally as themselves and discover what God is doing in their midst.  Improv is about discovery, not comedy.  The result is relationship.

Our core values that inform all that we do: Acceptance, Honesty, Authenticity, Humility, Initiative, Courage.
